World Remit - Where is my refund!?!

My father has been trying to get his money back for over 6 weeks now!!! We keep contacting World Remit and they say the refund is being processed. Going on Week 7 and still no refund! Absolutely shocking service - WE WANT OUR MONEY!!!!
