World Remit - Trash service

Trash service offered. I sent money via their platform. They did not confirm receipt of money despite the money being deducted from my account. They asked for my ID. Submitted but still they could not assist release my money. No phone number to call that you can reach and no email contact. They use a useless virtual assistant. Will never use them again. They dont seem to understand urgency of money matters.
