World Remit: Send Money at own risk.

Sent money on 6/10 from both my account and my wife's, to the very same receiver with the very same details. Receiver only received one transfer. Tried to follow up with WRemit (for the past 3 weeks now), they're asking me to send them bank statements (that I will have to pay for) that they will in turn send back to the very same bank I requested it from (talk about efficiency). They are also unnable to produce a legal/valid proof of transfer like a SWIFT report for the other party to check on their side, they have to be the ones investigating. I am done with them, send money at own risk.
