WORLD REMIT REVIEW: DON'T USE THIS SERVICE

I used World Remit to transfer money to a foreign country. Only after I paid the money into their ABSA bank account. I was notified that due to RSA regulations they cannot complete the transactions. They then advised me that I should cancel the transaction so they can process a refund I comp****. After cancelling the transaction they rep**** that they will "try" to refund me - followed by a mail that "sometimes they cannot refund the clients". In what world is this legal or good business. It is simple if you cannot complete the transaction you have to refund the client simple as that. After I pointed this out to them, they started to ignore my emails.
