************ World Remit. Please don't ever use it

So this afternoon I sent funds to Uganda due to an emergency situation, after this ************ company deducted funds they then canceled the transaction saying that the Partner in Uganda declined it for unknown reasons. I don't care about the other party in Uganda, all I want is my money to be put back on card immediately so I can resend it home since they need it to cater for the emergency.

I'm so passed with there stories of refund in 7 days which is totally unfair to make customers waot for such a long period of time. If you can take my funds in an instant then why don't you return it in a instant. Emergencies don't wait. I don't recommend anyone using this **** company coz they don't do any due diligence on their partners
