World Remit or Worst Remit!

I sent money to someone in the UK last week and they still haven't received it. Neither have I received notification of any issues. The SA customer care line rings 3 times and moves to line busy or user busy. I sm very disappointed in this service and would give a lower rating if I could. @World Remit kindly refund my money!
