World Remit is the worst!!! Don’t recommend

Worst Experience ever. Someone sent me money last week Thursday to day I haven’t received it. They keep saying they’re reviewing the transaction..that automated live chat keeps saying the same thing everyday. They said 7 working days yet it’s been 10 now, no communication at all. Reviewing $200 us for all these days. Worst service ever I don’t recommend at all. They won’t give us an email for reviewing department or legal department.
