WORLD REMIT FAILS TO DELIVER ON SERVICES PROMISED

I used world remit services to transfer money on the 21 August 2019, and the transaction was randomly flagged for their internal control processes. The transaction still remains flagged and has caused major inconvenience to me as it was meant to pay for my brothers school fees, now he has missed the deadline and still the money has not been released. Numerous efforts to get to the bottom of the matter were futile as we dealt with rude and *********** consultants who had no idea how to resolve the issue. Please Peter assist me on this as they are unwilling to also reverse the transaction. These guys have been a big let down. I am defeated as i speak as i have no idea what will become of my brothers course as he missed some exams
