World Remit don't refund unsuccessful transactions

On the 8th of March, my husband and I did a transaction of R4004.85 to World Remit to Zimbabwe. On the 9th of March we got an email from World Remit saying our transaction was incomplete and the transaction will be reversed back into our credit card, till today we have not been refunded.
