WORLD REMIT CAN'T BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE!!!

Worldremit is useless!! I have been using them for past 4 years with no problem.....until a week ago. I tried to make a transfer and they asked me for verication details which I provided and they said I will be able to transfer within between 5 to 84 minutes. It us now 5 days already and I still can't use the service! They have NO functional email address and NO human to speak to. Only an electronic selfhelp service with NO option fory query!!!
