World Remit Bad Service

I sent a transfer a week ago and received an email informing me they have received my transfer, and just need some more information from me before they can send it to my recipient. I shared the doc. In 10mins and was informed the transfer would clear in 5 mins - 48 hours. I've been calling World Remit with no luck. For each call I'm online for 30mins and I've called daily since last week Tuesday. I've also sent emails with no response.

This customer service is definitely very appalling. I need money back!!
