World remit are *******

On September 6th I transferred money from South Africa to a family member in New Zealand however the transaction took so long I ended up cancelling the transaction on September 14th whereby they state a refund will take place within 7 working days.

It is now September 30th and still no refund!!!!

I have sent over 7 emails and till date not heard a word from them nor a refund!!

Tried phoning however waiting time is over 1 hour

Their service is absolutely USELESS. I WON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
