I think a business should be judged on how it responds when a service goes wrong Mine is a very similar experience to the one I'm reading about an attempted transfer to Zimbabwe. My transfer to Zambia originally done on November 30th has gone similarly awry. Customer service at World remit has this entrenched habit of going silent. Then you the customer discovers that their advertised tel number is not in use. Why hide from the customer? And why hand customer complaints to AI? Get humans to respond because it doesn't take rocket science to know that one size fits all doesn't work with varying customer complaints. I've had to look for contact addresses elsewhere to obtain a modicum of a response but even that hasn't been helpful. My money is stuck with these guys for over a week! And I can't see a resolution anywhere in the near future
