WORDREMIT **** ME MONEY

Hi i have problem here on 16 sept 2023, i sent money to Zimbabwe to the wordRemit using my bank app. Money paid to them from my app.i was given this ref no ***. I asked the reciever to go and collect money but he was told that the money is not there. When i try to email them email was not going through.on the 26 September i decided to cancel the whole process on the app recived email telling me that i get the money seven working days . And recieve another email telling me that i must check with my bank because there didn't receive any payment. Went to my reliable bank was told that the money was paid to wordRemit on the 16 September 2023. Today i received email from wordRemit telling me that i must send my bank statement how can i trust people that **** me 1050.00. I want my money please there must reverse to the bank that send them .or contact me .AT THE MOMENT I FEEL THAT WORDREMIT ARE ****MING PEOPLE.
