Why did you partner with Hallopaise??? It's the Worst

We have used this service for 4 years. But since partnering with this Hallopaise it's been such a nightmare. Why Why Why and Why??? We get absolutely no service from Hallopaise in South Africa. I wait every two weeks to receive money transferred to me and it gets hold back Pending every time. They do not respond on any queries. So frustrating. Have you seen the reviews. It's not just me...
