Useless with non existing customer service

If I could give 0 starts, I would.

Totally useless company with no customer services what so ever. My husband's been trying for days to send money but at the last step, it keeps on throwing him out. There's no way in contacting them and you can "report the problem" but still no one comes back to him. Useless!!
