Urgently Reverse Payment

I have been calling their contact number it rings and gets disconnected, the live chat service I waited for almost an hour and a half with the first 2 times getting kicked out of the queue then had to rejoin and start the process all over again. When I did get the chance to chat with an agent I could not see their responses.

Please may you reverse payment to me for transaction WR***5 done on the 2ND of October 2023
