The worst service ever with World Remit

I am a first time user and I tried to send money..I was advised that the category I chose is not supported. I asked them to refund my money and I am being send from pillar to post. I call and they pretend not to hear me after being put on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. Why I chose to try them when there are better service providers who charge for their proper services is beyond me. Cheap is expensive. I am sweating for my own money!!!
