Terrible Service

We are having issues with World Remit in Zimbabwe (Highfields & BANC brances), when receiving funds from South Africa - they simply refer you to other branches without any explanation yet funds. Could you kindly notify the public that certain branches do not serve people receiving from South Africa? It's such an inconvenience and unprofessional for such a big brand like yours.
