Terrible Service

Terrible service offered by World Remit. 14 days after sending money the recipient still hasn't received the money. When I made enquiries, the consultant asked me to submit a South African I.D. which is not possible. I already submitted my Zimbabwean passport. Use their services at your own risk. To date, I have used airtime and data that is half the money I sent just to make follow ups. I'm very disappointed.
