STILL WAITING FOR REUND FRO WORLDREMIT

I was due a refund from Worldremit and told via email on 20/12/20 that it would be in my account 7 to 10 working days, its still not there to date. I mailed to let them know on the 4/1/21.....still waiting for a reply!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!! I will never use them again or promote them!
