Still waiting for a refund

On 1 October, I sent money and the transaction failed but World remit took the money from my account. They promised it would take 24-48 hours to process a refund. I'm still waiting for my refund and today is the fourth day. This is terrible service. My family needs the money and for some reason, it's taking ages.
