Stay away from World Remit

I attempted to send money to my daughter ins England, this was to use to buy presents for my grandhildren. A week or so went by and she received nothing. I sent an email to World Remit and they said that I cannot send money to myself and they want to refund my money. I sent several emails with my daughters details and they kept saying they cannot do the transaction. I have now been waiting a week or more for the refund and they have not bothered with email to confirm this will be done. Phoning is just costing a fortune without any answer. Totally inefficient and unreliable.
