Someone stole my money. Worst service ever!!!

Over a month now trying to get a refund. The customer service agents tell me different stories all the time. The transaction is still pending on my account but the agents say it was collected but can't provide proof that it was collected. The last agent was very rude and just ended the chat without helping.
