Slight hiccup, but it worked.

I was a bit worried when I did my research on WorldRemit, as I got many conflicting reports, but I went through with it anyway, using the free transaction code to transfer to MPesa in Kenya. It all seemed to go well till I had a slight hiccup where the page for me to upload my ID was giving an error, I remained calm and tried again in an hour, the page worked and within 30 minutes the money had been transferred, I will be using it again. I feel a better process would be for you to have to fully set up an account, validate ID et cetera, then start handling money, it's not a nice feeling when a website stops working just after it has taken your money.
