Shocking customer service.

The customer service i have been experiencing is shocking to say the least. The 1 star im giving here is because i could not put zero. I have been waiting for my refund for the past two weeks and no seems to care. Every single one is asking me for the same information i had provided. Extremely bad customer service and i urgently need my money. They just do not care. The communication is awful. Tx
