Red Tape

Pathetic. Service the call centre staff refuse to even direct a client to a branch where they can get assistance in relation to to receiving funds... Apparently that information can only be disclosed to the sender, which is ludicrous. That's not the person who is trying to receive the funds which in the majority of cases would be for one emergency or the other. Pathetic.
