Random Account Closure

After transferring funds, Instead of getting an email confirmation of funds transferred, I get an email telling me that the declined my transfer, funds will return to my account after I provide my bank statement and will take up to 7 - 21 days... They cant even give me a reason why they closed my account and rejected my transaction... All my interactions were sorely lacking in service, expectation and transparency. #BlackFriday
