Poor service

On July 27, 2022, I made a money transfer into an account using WorldRemit and Hello Paisa, which is their local partner in South Africa. According to South Africa Reserve Bank, to receive money one is supposed to sign a Mandate form yearly. This mandate form has a 12-month cycle. I have already signed the mandate form but to date, they have not yet transferred the money into my bank in South Africa. Whenever I contact WorldRemit, they ask me to contact Hello Paisa meanwhile the transfer was made with WorldRemit. WorldRemit should be responsible as I sent the money to you. Alternatively, you get a competent partner instead of dealing with Hello Paisa who does not respect the law laid down by the Reserve Bank of South Africa.
