Pathetic Service from World Remit

I have the same experience as everyone who contributed to this site regarding World Remit. I used them with great success for a few transactions and now it's just the opposite. I also did a transaction to Uganda that was pending for days. No proper updates. It was cancelled 12 days ago and yet no refund in my account. A second transfer that is regularly done to Rwanda has now been pending for 3 days. Getting hold of WR by email is virtually impossible. And I have now been holding the line for 10 minutes to speak to an agent. It is pathetic. I am moving to another service provider!
