Pathetic service

I recently had a bad experience with world remit and Hellopaisa, i was supposed to receive my money a few days ago but im still getting smses to complete in documents that i completed and they acknowledged receipt of the documents, my child is sick i need the money to take my child to the doctor but i get this pathetic service. i dont recommend rworld remit and hellopaisa their service is unproffessional, unacceptable.
