Money not returned.

I had a very bad experience with World Remit, I was sending money to Zambia via World Remit, it was 2019 until now that money was not sent to Zambia and every time I enquired about it I was taken to different places but without any help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they appeared to me as ********.
