Money deposited to be sent but nothing.

I regret the day somebody introduced me to this **** company. I sent money to their account on the 29 June but the money has not gone to the intended recipient. It keeps saying I need to do a manual deposit. I went to the back, I called them they told me I need to be verified which I was before I sent a passport because they told me that my driver's licence could not be verified. Today it still says I need to take an action. I don't know if I am being tested or what but whoever approved this company has a problem.
