ID verification

I have been struggling to have my ID verified for over a week now. I would upload my ID and selfie then get a message to say it be verified in about 5 minutes...when you check later the review is nowhere to be found and have to restart I did more than 10 times already!!. With no communication whatsover. I cannot send my Family money as it stands and they depend on me
