Absolutely appalling customer service. Transaction 1 went through fine. Next transaction, after they were in possession of my housekeeper's money, they just closed my account and sent me an automated message (which was apparently absolutely fine before) with no reason. HIGHLY ********* and zero response from anyone at customer service. Something is very dubious here. The only reasonable assumption is that they can take a ton of money, close accounts with no reason, earn interest on that money and then refund the base amount 21 days later. What a great revenue stream. In the meanwhile, my housekeeper's daughter's school fees and builders' fees are unpaid.
