Made payment on the 12 of September 2020 to buy something in Tanzania the receiver did not get the money and the money normally takes 48hours when I contacted them been send up and down and different people were attending me...then I decided to cancel and ask for refund as m allowed to do so they asked for my order number I gave them its ***6 4 days later nothing happened I contacted them again I was attended by tsholofelo and she asked for my bank statement that I've used to make the payment I sent it 5 times and they send case number ***5 but till today did not get my refund
