Extremely Disappointing I will never ever use WorldRemit

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with WorldRemit. Here are the main issues I encountered:

Recipient Could Not Collect Money: I sent money to a recipient, but they couldn’t collect it due to a missing middle name. Despite WorldRemit claiming that you can edit recipient information on the app, this feature simply doesn’t exist. Cancellation Feature Missing: WorldRemit states that you can request a cancellation of the transaction through the app. However, this feature is also missing, making it impossible to cancel the transaction. App-Only Transactions: You can only transact through the app, not on the website. This limitation is incredibly inconvenient and restrictive. Non-Responsive Customer Support: I have sent countless emails to WorldRemit with no response whatsoever. Their customer support is non-existent. In my case, as the sender, I have no access to my funds, and the recipient cannot access the money either. Where is my money? It seems to be stuck with WorldRemit. Are they keeping the funds in limbo to earn interest? Why does it take so long to process a refund when payments are almost instantaneous? This company is a **** and must be investigated. Their systems are highly unprofessional and unreliable.
