Elderly friend suffers over holidays because of WorldRemit

I have been using WorldRemit to send money to Zimbabwe for a few years. I made a transition on 26 Dec using my phone app. None of their communication channels was working over between 26 Dec - 4 January. My transaction has been cancelled and I await my refund. I do not recommend using WorldRemit.
