DO NOT USE WORLD REMIT TO SEND MONEY - STILL WAITNG FOR A REFUND.

I tried using World Remit to send money to pay my house insurance in Tanzania. The transaction was declined as it 'didn't meet the criteria', no other explanation given. I've been trying to get a refund, but after 2 weeks I'm still waiting. I sent them my statement of the account where the money came off as requested. I was told to wait 10 working days, which I did and still no refund. I contacted them again only to be told they don't do refunds into a credit card account. Why didn't they tell me this in the beginning? I have sent them the details of my bank account and I'm still waiting... When I email I keep getting a different case number and their online chat is not working!!!! DO NOT USE WORLD REMIT FOR SENDING MONEY!!!!
