Do not use World Remit. Good chance your funds will not arrive

I used World Remit a couple of times and it went well. Now I did sent funds to one of my receipients and it did not arrive. Bad customer service. Responses are "we are investigating" and "use our FAQ" After some weeks they stopped replying to my messages. I consider the funds are lost. Normally I use Transferwise which is a great company. Why did I use World Remit instead? I was to lazy to add the receipient into my Transfwrwise account. So I had to pay a big prize. Do not uses this company if I may give you some advise.
