Do not trust World Remit!

I tried to send money to Zambia USI World Remit, and to this day, the transaction has not been done not have I been given information regarding the transaction. Every time I've contacted them, I've been given the run around, and they are just hard to get hold of! I can't imagine trying to get a refund from them ? do not use this service!
