Cancellation Refund

Very disappointed with their service, I created a transaction on 16 June 2023, it kept on saying your transaction is in progress for 3 days, I then cancelled the transaction for a refund, which was confirmed on 20 June2023, they emailed me to say they are processing my refund and it will take up to 7days, i have tried calling them and the phone is not answered after a hold of 20-30 minutes, it is difficult to contact and i do not think they even have a call centre
