bad service from world remit

Not the best platform to send money if it's an emergency.Support is very poor and not knowledgeable.Systems not to be trusted you have to keep verifying yourself as if they lose record*****r service, emails don't reach you and you wait 1-2 days thinking transactions are being processed yet compliance is waiting to verify identity for the umpteenth time.I would avoid this service
