Avoid World Remit - They are professional ********

These guys are professional ********. I regret not coming to read about them on hellopeter before transacting. Jeez! I did a transfer of 20k rands via transferwise and didn't go through any of this hassles but with world remit, I said to send 200 rands and I'm stuck till now.

I have sent several emails and even when you call their helpline you are asked to rate them and speak to a dummy till your airtime finishes. They has the nerves to ask me to rate them while waiting for an agent to pickup. I'm like, I am yet to receive any services andbyoure freaking asking for ratings.

This is simply ridiculous.

I've used almost 100 rands to call for a transaction of 200 rands. ***!!@
