Angry with World Remit no refund

Bad aftersales as my query could not be resolved and I was unable to get a refund. My recipient never got the money due to being unable to renew his passport due to the covid19 pandemic and being detained .I sent my id document but to no avail they are lacking speaking to each other to resolve my dispute.
