UIF

My son Setu Nkombi was working as a contractor and he stopped in November. He's been waiting for his UI19 to claim his UIF, up until now. I spoke to the lady called Melanie at one of Cape Town offices with number ***, in May, she keeps on promising with a different story all the time, up until now nothing. Just imagine someone sitting at home with no work thinking his UIF will help him but nothing. Hope this review will help Setu to get his dues, if not I will escalate further
