UIF Claim Delayed - Poor Assistance
I am highly disappointed by the service received from Workforce Staffing (Centurion). I worked through Workforce Staffing from August 2022 to December 2022. Due to their failure to properly submit my UIF information, I am unable to claim UIF benefits that I am entitled to. On 08 May 2026, I contacted Mr. Lufuno Munyai from the Centurion branch regarding this issue. He requested my details and promised to assist, but as of 31 May 2026, I have received no feedback, no assistance, and no response to my follow-up calls and messages. It is unacceptable that I am being denied access to my UIF benefits because of administrative failures and poor communication. I urgently request Workforce Staffing management to intervene and resolve this matter without further delay. Should this matter continue to be ignored, I am prepared to explore all available legal avenues to protect my rights and recover what is rightfully due to me.

Horrible Company
Unfair and ******** deductions. Non communication. Withholding ******** wage deductions for years. Expensive transportation (they profit heavily from transport). Prejudice, by helping and solving other wage disputes except mine. Broken payslips with no pay shown. Working 2 days for an entire month. Working zero days for several weeks while others work, because they forgot about you and ignore messages. Work a shift, then booked and expected to sleep less than 3 hours to work a different back to back shift. Made to work 30 plus days in a row and then ask for a day off on a holiday. Then you don't work for almost week week, because your team leader is spiteful. You are told to come in to work, then sent home, because there are too many people.
