Poor service, should have received my order on Friday last week, Tuesday now, nothing delivered. No proper updates on delivery times, I travel a lot and had to make a lot of cancelations to be available to collect the order. Pathetic.

We would like to offer our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused by the delay in the delivery of your order. It seems that the courier has had a delay on their side and the order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe.
Your order was dispatched on a 1 - 2 business day delivery schedule on Thursday, 6 July. We had therefore anticipated that the delivery would be completed by close of business on Monday, 10 July. Unfortunately, the courier was unable to meet this deadline.
As mentioned in our recent email exchange, we have been in contact with the courier to obtain an update on your delivery and to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
We understand that this morning you requested a cancellation of the order. We have already contacted the courier and requested that they return the parcel to our offices, which will allow us to process a full refund for your order.
Our team will be in touch with further updates as soon as we have feedback from the courier. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
