Wootware's excellent service

I purchased a bunch of components from Wootware Computer's just over a year ago and one of the components recently stopped working. Long story short I contacted Wootware and got a reply 12mins after which is amazing! I then shipped the component of to them and within two days I was then contacted to confirm that the component is not working. I was then given store credit to purchase a wifi connection point that I was looking for. The whole process took just 6 working days which is exceptional considering I am in Pinetown Kzn and they are in Somerset West Cape Town. Great thanks to Chris from Wootware for the great service and communication.
