Wootware - Incredible customer service

I must compliment the Jonathan and Christopher, at Wootware for their exceptional service.

I ordered my wife a Artic 7 gaming headset , which unfortunately became defective some months down the line.I contacted Wootware and without hesitation or any questions whatsoever, they updated me that it will be sent to the manufactur and updated me on the progress.

Within a week later thay had said it was unfortunately defective, apologized for inconvenience and promptly offered me a full refund or to send me the updated version of the Artic 7 Headset and no additional charge, I opted for the headset.

Guys, your service is unchallenged. Thank you for everything !!!!
